Cheer Tryout Information

TRYOUT MATERIAL

Learn the material below prior to the clinic on Monday, March 20th at 5:30pm. Candidates should be prepared to show all parts. Tryout numbers will be drawn upon arrival this day and will be used to determine groups and ripples (if applicable).

IMPORTANT DATES

Monday, February 27th: Mandatory Parent Meeting

Friday, March 10th: Tryout Videos Released

Monday, March 20th: Open Gym 5:30-6:30PM

Tuesday, March 21st: Open Gym 5:30-6:30PM

Thursday, March 23rd: Mock Try-outs (paperwork and deposit due no later than today)

Friday, March 24th: Tryouts start at 9am (closed to the public)

All practices and try-outs will be held in the UJH gym. Feel free to drop off on the side or the front. Please make sure you wear comfortable clothing and tennis shoes. Parents are welcome to attend the clinics but are not permitted to video tape during. 

Please READ and fill out all forms. These forms and the $200 cash deposit are due to Mrs. McGill NO LATER than Thursday, March 23rd at the clinic. If the forms and deposit are not turned in this day, the candidate is not permitted to tryout.
