Cheer Tryout Information

TRYOUT MATERIAL

Learn the material prior to the clinic on Tuesday, March 5th at 5:30pm. Candidates should be prepared to show all parts.

Please wear comfortable clothing and tennis shoes. Parents are welcome to attend the clinic but are not permitted to video tape.

Tryout numbers will be drawn Friday, March 8^th before mock try outs.

While cheer clinic is optional, there will be an opportunity to earn an additional 10 points based on attitude and their ability to learn the material.

Tuesday, March 5th: Open Gym 5:30-6:30PM (Upper Jr High Gym)

Wednesday, March 6th: Open Gym 5:30-6:30PM (Upper Jr High Gym)

Thursday, March 7th: Open Gym 5:30-6:30PM (Upper Jr High Gym)

Friday, March 8th: Mock Try-outs 4:30-5:30 (High School AUX Gym) (paperwork due no later than today) (closed to the public)

Saturday, March 9^th: Try outs start at 8am (High School AUX Gym)(closed to the public)

March 20^th: Uniform fitting & Deposits due $200, Elementary Library (time tba, will be after 3:30PM)

Thursday, May 23^rd: All monies due

Monday – Wednesday, June 10^th-June 12^th: Camp, Upper JH Gym

All practices will be held in the UJH gym. Mock tryouts will be held at the High School Aux Gym. Feel free to drop off on the side or the front. Please make sure you wear comfortable clothing and tennis shoes.

Try-outs will be held at the High School Auxiliary Gym.

Please READ and fill out all forms. These forms are due to Mrs. Rayborn NO LATER than Friday, March 8th at the clinic. If forms are not turned in on this day, the candidate is not permitted to try out.
